Originating as specialists within the licensed property trade with the family brewery companies in the 1980's, and now with the newly formed Pub Property companies, inventories and valuations have been successfully undertaken on the following types of businesses:

Red Book has just completed the inventory on a large nightclub complex in Surrey, a new build 70 bedroom luxury Alpine hotel in Switzerland, and is proud to have been part of the valuation team that recently inventoried and valued Turnberry Golf Course and Hotel in Scotland and a 400 bedroom luxury hotel in France.
